Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of cost before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations follow the return policy below.

Returns

Unused devices in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Non-refundable

Installed devices, installation charges, and used subscriptions are non-refundable.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty claims
